講座內容：How do creative people see themselves? What motivates them to be creative? These are the questions that I will try to address in this presentation. In recent years multiple constructs have emerged to describe how creative people see themselves and their motivation. The presentation will start with a discussion about the variety of these constructs, how they differ, and where they overlap, and what do they tell us about creative individuals.
